Tim comes to Woodmont as a seasoned Real Estate Executive and dealmaker with established Developer/Retailer relationships and a proven record of success built over 30 years in the traditional and outlet retail real estate sectors. He brings quantifiable results in driving value through NOI/EBITDA, revenue growth, and value driven developments. He has a strong track record of capturing annual retailer “open to buy” and renewing hundreds of tenants long term each year in multi million dollar properties coast to coast over that time period in both strong and weak economies. His core strength is in maintaining strong tenant relationships and growing entire store chains from their first store to 40 to 50+ store chains, some generating close to a half a billion in annual sales within their portfolio. Tim is a transparent collaborator with both a vision for profitability & tactical aptitude to implement and oversee rollouts/projects successfully.
Tim has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of real estate from working with companies such as McDonald’s, Toys R Us, Gale & Wentworth, and most recently Simon Properties, where Tim was the Vice President of Leasing.
