President Development Services

This week, the Woodmont Company would like to spotlight Rick Machak, President of Development Services. Rick has been with the Woodmont Company team for over 34 years and attributes his real estate success to the fact that “I think out of the box, take risks and an overall great negotiator.”

Rick feels strongly connected to Woodmont and has an endless supply of fond memories associated with his experiences, “In the beginning there were only 6 of us… We gave everything we had to the company and I can honestly say, I have met some of my closest friends here. The hours of hard work are a little fuzzy, but I’ll never forget the hours spent laughing and joking.”

When Rick can tear himself away from the office, one would likely find him enjoying his 10-horse ranch in the outskirts of Weatherford, Texas, with his lovely wife Kathryn.
