Assistant Property Manager
This week, The Woodmont Company spotlights Megan Pulido, Assistant Property Manager. Megan joined Woodmont in 2018, bringing with her 10+ years’ experience in residential and multi-family property management, most recently with Luma Corp Inc. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Business from Tarleton; seeking to delve more into the world of commercial real estate.
As an Assistant Property Manager, Megan assists the Property Management team with a full range of day-to-day activities related to retail shopping centers and mall portfolios, as well as property inspections, vendor tenant communications, contract managements, property maintenance, financial reporting and bidding vendors. She is currently expanding her repertoire learning how to do year end reconciliations for each property.
Thanks to Megan’s residential management experience, she has exceptional customer service skills, along with an enduring patience. She excels at finding creative solutions for the team and customers alike.
Megan appreciates how each employee contributes to The Woodmont Team as a whole, and how each has an important position to help streamline every process. She also loves how each employee is truly valued here at Woodmont. She especially likes the enthusiasm of our holiday celebrations, especially last Halloween when everyone participated by dressing up and hosting a luncheon for all to enjoy!
During her time off, Megan likes to spend time with her family and her pets, as well as enjoy time with her friends. Most weekends you will find her at the baseball fields watching her son’s baseball tournaments or at her family’s ranch near Austin.
