Assistant Property Manager
This week The Woodmont Company spotlights Megan Panek, Assistant Property Manager. Megan joined Woodmont earlier this year with 8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. Megan earned her degree in Architectural Interior Design and Business Management and is also a licensed Paramedic.
As an Assistant Property Manager, Megan is responsible for effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete, keeping lease files up to date, responding to tenant questions and complaints in a timely manner. In addition she contacts tenants to discuss issues, scheduling and overseeing maintenance calls, coordinating vendor appointments, and establishing rapport with tenants so they always feel valued and appreciated.
Megan took special note to the potential growth and upward mobility at The Woodmont Company, as well as the organized structure and vision of the company overall. She is excited to bring fresh new ideas to the table to help organize her team’s day to day operations.
When away from the office, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family and especially her wild 2-year-old son.
