Development Associate

This week we would like to Spotlight Karen Jones, Development Associate at The Woodmont Company. 5 years ago, Karen’s connections in the business referred her to an opening at The Woodmont Company. With over 12 years of development experience we were a match!

Karen interfaces with utility companies, tenants, general contractors and other vendors, helping the property management department with capital improvement projects and tenant improvement projects. She has worked on ground up projects, tenant built-outs and building expansions, however she really enjoys working on shopping centers, upgrading their facades, parking lots, landscaping and signage for the overall improvement of the center.

Karen enjoys giving back to her community through the Woodmont sponsorship of our local Fort Worth Ronald McDonald House. She also loves spending time with her best friend, who also happens to be her husband, going to the movies, taking excursions to unseen parts of Texas, and spending time with her children.
