Grant Gary

President of Brokerage Services

This week, The Woodmont Company would like to Spotlight Grant Gary, President of Brokerage Services.  Grant’s immense dedication to his studies and passion for the industry earned him his real estate license while in high school. In 2008, as a sophomore attending TCU, he sought a competitive internship at Fort Worth Business Press’s “2008 largest commercial real estate company in the area, The Woodmont Company.” Following graduation, he accepted a full-time position with The Woodmont Company where he has now worked for almost 9 years.

Since Grant’s debut, he has experienced extensive career growth and has proven that hard work and dedication are essential for success. As President of Brokerage Services, Grant oversees the brokerage department and is “primarily tasked with setting the strategic direction and implementing the growth initiatives for the department.” Grant is a natural leader and considers the most important aspect of his position to be “supporting our team of brokers to ensure they have the greatest opportunities to be successful in their brokerage careers with Woodmont.”

Grant has truly found his home here at The Woodmont Company, and attributes his positive outlook to “the entrepreneurial, hard-working culture that focuses on team before individual” something he believes to be “a rare quality for real estate companies.”

Grant also enjoys the opportunities The Woodmont Company has given him to give back to the community.  Meal preparation for the Ronald McDonald House tops his list. Grant describes the event as “a very rewarding experience and a tremendous opportunity to interact with our team outside of the office.” On the rare occasion Grant can take a break from his busy schedule, he would most likely be found running the Katy Trail, visiting family in Austin and touring the best retail projects in each new city.
