President of Development & Construction Services

This week, The Woodmont Company would like to Spotlight Craig Pincince, President of Development & Construction Services. Craig joined Woodmont in 2018 to be part of a company that has Brokerage, Development and Asset management expertise. His passion for real estate development and construction led him to our company as he was most excited about ramping up our real estate development opportunities with multiple retail clients and diversifying with new opportunities.

Here at Woodmont, Craig manages all Development Department employees and the entire development and construction process including qualification and selection of professional consultants and contractors.  Craig also negotiates all related professional service and construction contracts, working with the Brokerage team regarding budgeting and construction costs for new projects and managing project budgets and schedules against proforma to ensure successful outcome.

Craig has enjoyed meeting all of the great Development teammates and all the employees of the company and is currently most excited about scaling the Woodmont Kiddie Academy account to 8 to 10 new projects per year. He is also ready to dive into the Bakersfield, California Retail Center development.

Craig winds down from his busy career by BBQing in the back yard with his family and friends. He also enjoys just about anything outdoors, including riding motorcycles!
