Bryan Dyer

Senior Vice President

This week we would like to Spotlight Bryan Dyer, Senior Vice President at The Woodmont Company. In 1988 the TCU alum who graduated with a BBA in Finance with a concentration in real estate, made his initial debut at The Woodmont Company.  After several years Bryan decided to take time to explore career opportunities in the wireless communications industry. However, in 2007, he decided his connection with The Woodmont Company was too solid to be ignored. He has been with our company since and attributes his connection to “the people” describing his colleagues as “the nicest group you could put into one company.”

Over the last 10 years, Bryan’s passion for real estate has continued to surge, driving him to challenge industry setbacks head on. “Unfortunately for some landlords, recent fallout in the retail industry has created new leasing opportunities in the power centers I lease in Rockwall, Mansfield and Weatherford.” Bryan maintains an optimistic attitude and looks forward to the challenge of re-tenanting these spaces. His positive demeanor and industry experience have provided him with a recipe for commercial real estate leasing success.

Bryan has been “excited about the rapid expansion of tenants that I represent.” He has been working diligently to ensure the expansion of McAllister’s Deli, helping the company to open 4-6 stores in North Texas this year. Bryan is also working on several Edward Jones deals right now and looking for additional locations for Ol’ South Pancake House and Gigi’s cupcakes.

The Fort Worth native considers The Woodmont Company annual Christmas party, numerous company bonding functions and “the closing of a big deal a long time in the making” to be his favorite aspects of the job. When Bryan can take a break from making deals, one would find him racing sailboats, traveling, entertaining friends and socializing in the community!
