LESLYE NUNNELEE
Vice President, Project Management

EXPERTISE

Leslye has an established history of customizing a project team for an Owner/Client. She is experienced in building a team of specialized disciplines and managing projects ranging from $25K to $540M. Her strength is in client representation for any one or all phases of a construction project from design through construction to curation and project close out. In her 30-year history she has orchestrated a wide range of construction projects from high-end residential to commercial including remodel, renovation and ground up projects. Additional skills in project scheduling and budget based on specific criteria.  Her ability to include project studies of space programming and planning for clients to hone their specific needs can then be interpreted into design and construction.  She fills the need when a client must have a project coordinated and supervised exclusively on behalf of their interest. Her additional experience in environmental – abatement and encapsulation, historic preservation, public art, photogrammetry, and Master planning coordination provides the client with a well-developed project while translating the client vision into a desirable product.

EXPERIENCE

Leslye started in the commercial real estate industry with Woodmont early in her career managing properties, operations and leasing. After 10 years with Woodmont, she joined Sundance Property Management to grow her career from Operations Director to Construction Project Director with The Projects Group, a spinoff of Sundance Projects Group. She has serviced clients with high-end residential, working Ranches, Museums, Performing Arts, Retail, private airplane Hanger, parking garage facilities and Master planning development. The skills she gained with Woodmont in building operations, systems and services provided her clients with an additional benefit over and above a typical project managers ability. During the years she has fine-tuned her knowledge and experience in overseeing project design, development and construction while extending her skills to Public Art, Stakeholder, Tenant and city/municipal relations.
