With nearly twenty years of experience in the retail real estate sector, Keri has a proven track record of change and transformation while having worked for both tenants and landlords. She has represented the interests of national and private developers while learning how to approach large scale projects from the ground up. Keri has also managed and leased space for publicly held non-profits, developers and global tenants managing the full life cycle of their holdings. In her current role, at The Woodmont Company, she assists a team in overseeing the daily operations of a diverse retail portfolio. Her focus on strategic and innovative management allows for recognized revenue growth, reduced waste, and promotes the robust health of her tenants and portfolio.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to Woodmont, Keri worked for The TJX Companies, Bose Corporation and The Michaels Companies. While working for these tenants, she managed and audited lease required payments, compliance, real estate, facilities and lease administration functions, resulting in recognizing costs savings, increased NOI and reduced liability exposure. Having a strong understanding of how tenants operate has enabled Keri to better support the Landlord/Tenant partnerships while representing the Landlord in lease administration, property management and facilities management capacities for New England Development, the Mayo Group, Retail Properties of America and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She has experience managing more than 8 Million square feet at a time and has sourced and negotiated more than seventy-five leases.
