EXPERTISE
Responsible for overseeing the overall development and construction processes and programs. Key focus on implementation of value engineering and time saving methodologies allowing for quicker and more efficient growth. Identification of key construction supply chain and scheduling issues with the ability to navigate through different methods and resources allowing for on time devlierables with focus on quality and cost. Using industry KPIs to navigate new areas of efficiencies while allowing more broad control of the complete development and construction cycles. Extensive background in overall design processes all the way from concept to production, working with design teams to offer desirable design and build types.
EXPERIENCE
Third generation general contractor with over 15 years experience ranging from residential, commercial, retail and hospitality. Prior to joining the Woodmont Team developed a successful in house general contracting program for a large scale QSR, taking the brand from 42 to over 70 locations all while decreasing development costs and reducing build times to half of their normal cycle. Also have spent considerable time creating direct purchase programs for the development program allowing more controlled cost and timelines. Concurrently worked with the architectural and engineering teams to produce more engaging build and design models that allowed for a better guest and team member experience.
