Fort Worth Partnership Receives $20M in City Incentives for The Outlets at Alliance Development
FORT WORTH, TX – The Woodmont Company, in partnership with an entity of Hillwood, recently acquired a $20 million economic incentives agreement for its proposed retail development, The Outlets at Alliance, in north Fort Worth.
The Woodmont Company chairman, Steven Coslik, says the site will be purchased from Hillwood and is a great location near established retail. The Outlets at Alliance will open all at once in late 2016.
The Fort Worth’s partnership on The Outlets at Alliance could get a grant of 85 percent of the city’s 1-cent sales tax if the developed project reaches $100 million of investment.
The Outlets at Alliance would total approximately 330,000 square feet of retail development on the east side of Interstate 35W.
The Chairman of The Woodmont Company, Stephen Coslik, said the development firm is committed to developing the outlet center to serve the needs of area shoppers. More information on the developing project can be found here.
