EXPERTISE

David is a Vice President within the brokerage department at the corporate office in Fort Worth, TX. While his primary focus is project leasing in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, he also provides retail tenant representation services. David represents properties ranging from small strip centers to multi-anchored power centers and lifestyle centers for institutional landlords.

Since starting at the Woodmont company in 2014, David has continually brought value to his clients through each phase of the transaction process.  David’s clients benefit from his hands-on service, attention to detail, and aggressive negotiating.

EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Woodmont in 2014, David spent four years as a sales representative at Sewell in Fort Worth honing his sales and customer service skills.

EDUCATION

David graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management.
